“Tired of aligning your vector shapes to the pixel grid (using the direct selection tool) to get rid of those fuzzy rounded corners? Click the down arrow next to Custom shape on the shapes toolbar and check the Snap to pixels option.”

I can’t believe I didn’t know about this and always aligned my shapes to the grid manually.

How the hell did I not know about this! I’ve been delicately resizing pixel by pixel until I lose the blur. Thank you Yannic!
